The Housing Project module is built primarily to manage the purchase/sales of housing properties to cooperative members. After acquiring the property, the cooperative management can used the housing project module to record and track subscription / payments to the members of the cooperative.

You can also setup suppliers of stock items, etc. Members can purchase items on credit and make payment at a later date.
